  • has many anti-bacterial properties
  • some studies even show it can be an anti-cancer agent

Manuka Honey

New day, new health remedy! This one involves Manuka honey and a little ginger root. When the two ingredients are mixed in warm water the combination is sweet and extremely beneficial.

Manuka honey is produced in New Zealand by bees that pollinate the native manuka bush. The honey is believed to have healing agents and is sometimes used directly over a wound with a sterilized dressing. There are other marketed benefits for this honey:

  • Preventing and treating cancer
  • Reducing high cholesterol
  • Reducing systemic inflammation
  • Treating diabetes
  • Treating eye, ear, and sinus infections
  • Treating gastrointestinal problems

Try it, drink it, or use it over your next wound and let me know if you feel amazing!

Have an amazing day everyone!

Breakfast Smoothie

Beauty means looking and feeling absolutely wonderful from the inside, out.

Obtaining this feeling is a life-long process but you can begin today with simple vitamins, good organic food, and of course a physical regime like the gym. Upon consultation with a holistic healer, I was recommended the probiotics and vitamins you see above. These have now become part of my daily routine. All the information you can want about these vitamins can be found on Physica Energetics and Pure Formulas.

This morning I used the vitamins in a fruit smoothie for breakfast. The drink contained organic blue agave honey, organic extra virgin coconut oil, frozen organic mangoes and strawberries and all the vitamins and probiotics.

Simple, delicious and keeps me going all day long!

Many of you contacted me after I posted about my mom. To lose a parent at such a young age or at any age can be the most difficult thing in the world. You feel as though you have lost yourself, and life will never be the same. You asked me how I move on? How I get up every morning for my kids? How I run a business? How I even function? For those who know me well know she was my best friend; we did everything together. Life was never the same since. But I get up, I do what I do because I KNOW she sees me. And I know if I stayed home depressed for the rest of my life she would be angry and very upset. I know she wants me to give my kids the world with a smile on my face. To build a business she always dreamed of having. So everyday that I see my children happy and my business grow and my home healthy I KNOW I’m not letting her down. I know she’s smiling. That’s what gives me strength. There are a few other things that I don’t mind sharing in person with anyone who feels like they just can’t move on… Message me if u would like to hear my story and how I was helped… Have a beautiful day everyone! ❤
