Himalayan & Celtic Salt- Benefits

When cooking or eating, I tend to reach for two types of salt…one of my favorites is Celtic salt while my other go to is Himalayan pink salt. This salt contains just about all of the elements found naturally in the body, which is why it is so healthy and beneficial.
