My preferred choice is New Zealand organic salmon, which can be found in your local seafood store or organic market.
- Olive oil
- Celtic salt
- Fresh ground pepper
Spice fish in salt and pepper (your preference)
Heat up olive oil in a flat pan
Cook for about 20 minutes or until ready
