I love my veggies and soup but sometimes a delicious meat dish is just what I crave. One particular favorite is a lamb shish kebab that me and the whole family devour instantly. You can use any meat for this recipe but my preference is lamb.
The recipe goes as follows:
- Organic ground lamb is mixed with chopped garlic, cilantro, cumin, Celtic salt, ground pepper, turmeric, and paprika
- Mix everything together with your hands and roll into long shish kebab’s (several little ones or one big piece. Your preference)
- Insert a metal skewer through the meat and then broil in the oven on high until meat is cooked to your liking.
- Chop up onions into circles and throw them on a stove top to grill.
- Serve together!
All it takes is a little mixing and you’re all set! Enjoy!
